FIVE ROOMS, THE DARK FLIPSIDE OF THE MODERN HOME is a video installation by Samuel Otte and Melli Müller.
FIVE ROOMS is a door to the subconscious of the modern home. Otte and Müller entered the subconscious for you by using Source Tuning: a method by which the body is asked questions. Consequently the body sensations are translated into script, domestic objects, atmospheres and identities. Trailer.

About the artists:
Melli Müller works as filmmaker, choreographer, dancer and performance artist. Her work spins around production of desire and the creation of intimate space. Samuel Otte works as photographer and performance artist and makes video installations, photobooks and performances about domesticity and power dynamics in intimate life. Together they are investigating how fantasy, desire and the organization of the human body relate to each other.
